Sandrine Kseib

My name is Sandrine, I am 44 years old,  I am married and a mother of a 20 years old boy.

It is also thanks to him that I started baking for his birthdays, school parties, Christmas etc...

Then I discovered Christophe Michalak's show "The cake of my dreams" on TV which allowed me to improve my skills.

After having worked for more than 20 years in the world of IT networking, I seized the opportunity to retrain myself and live from my passion for pastry.

I left to study for 8 months away from my family in order to obtain my CAP in one of the most prestigious schools in France: the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie Alain Ducasse in Yssingeaux.

I then decided to found SK Pâtisserie located in Cagnes sur mer, which offers and deliver  homemade pastries to individuals and restaurants.

I take particular care in selecting the products I use (French eggs from free-range hens, seasonal products, 82% fat French butter, Valrhona chocolate or Cacao Barry, etc.).

My motto
"You can't make a good product with bad raw materials"
